There is a 6 week introduction E Course that gets delivered directly to your email in box each week.  This intro course invites you to listen to audio recordings to include a variety of different types of mediations, from breath to visualisations and to the use of sound.

There are pop up classes held in a variety of places.

There is also the opportunity of working through a program with me via video link each week. This structure is about helping you find ways to integrate mindfulness and meditation into your life a little easier and to help create those important habits. It offers daily practice and weekly live events  over a 21 day period.
