We offer a 6 module self directed learning course, so that you can experience different styles.

This intro course invites you to listen to audio recordings to include a variety of different types of mediations, from breath to visualisations and to the use of sound.

There are also additional pop up classes throughout the year.

For those that find self directed learning a challenge; I also offer a 21 day program 1-1 program to help you integrate both meditation and mindful techniques into your life on a daily basis.

This structure can make it a little easier to  create those important habits. It offers daily practice and weekly live events  over a 21 day period.
