The Forest is the Therapist, the Guide opens the door
Nature & Forest Therapy is inspired by the Japanese practice of Shinrin-Yoku.
Shinrin-Yoku is a therapy to help support the healing and wellness through immersion in forests and other natural environments.
ANFT Forest therapy is a pathway to health and wellbeing for both people and the more than human world

"You have to leave the city of your comfort and go into the wilderness of your intuition. What you will discover will be wonderful. What you will discover is yourself"
~ Alan Alda

An Embodiment Experience
We spend so much of our lives on high alert, within our work, attached to technology and alerts for one thing or another.
This experience is about getting out of your head and into your body.
It's about becoming alive in using all of our senses.
It's about returning back to nature and being a part of the more than human world.
Its about taking time to slow down
When you slow your body down, your movement down - your mind follows.
It is about stopping to look, to notice, to observe, hearing each crackle of a twig or a leaf rustling in the breeze.
Hearing the birds and noticing when you are still for long enough how their behaviour changes towards you.
It is smelling and inhaling the natural aroma of the trees and plants, the phytoncides, that in these essential oils by themselves can offer us so much increase in wellbeing.
Maybe on the first visit or certainly after a period of time you will notice an increase in your focus and clarity of thinking.
When can you access this?
